Jonathan Vukovich is an outstanding asset on any team. I met Jon when he
interviewed at Growzone. Jon had had limited corporate experience but had
such obvious talent and desire to continue expanding his skill set that
there was no question about hiring him.

I found Jon to be capable of handling any task I threw at him. From
cold-start building a development Linux platform to learning Java on the
fly, there was nothing he couldn’t handle. Jon rapidly became my technology
go-to person. He constantly handled tasks needing little to no supervision
or direction. Jon also has a strong ability to identify potential roadblocks
and find creative solutions to them before they become production
interruptions.

Jon not only excelled at all programming and technology tasks I handed him
but was also well rounded enough to handle odd graphics tasks that came up
when our art department was not available. This creativity and his
out-of-the-box approach to solving new and evolving tasks kept Growzone
ahead of its production schedule.

I have attempted to hire Jon on several occasions in other endeavors and
will continue to as my personnel roster permits. Jon is a strong and trusted
asset and should not be overlooked.
